Minimum age: 25 years. Valid driving license held for at least 3 years. Valid passport or ID. Credit card in the driver's name for the security deposit.
A security deposit is required at vehicle handover. Amount varies by vehicle class (€2,000 — €15,000). Deposit is held on credit card and released within 14 business days after return, subject to vehicle inspection.
All vehicles include comprehensive insurance coverage. Excess applies in case of damage or accident. Additional CDW reduction available upon request. Insurance does not cover damage caused by negligence, off-road use, or driving under the influence.
Standard rental includes 250 km per day. Additional kilometers charged at vehicle-specific rates. Track use, off-road driving, and sub-letting are strictly prohibited. The vehicle must remain on the island of Ibiza unless prior written consent is obtained.
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before rental start. 50% charge for cancellations within 72 hours. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. Peak season bookings (June—September) require a non-refundable booking fee.
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Refueling charge applies if the vehicle is returned with less fuel. Late returns are charged at the daily rate plus a €200 late fee.
